Capt.
Rick had a 3 person 4 hour charter today for Miss Judy. I had a father
and mother from Wisconson and their son from Ft. Stewart. Air temp was
mid 40's to low 50's and the water temp was 48°
at most drops. The Bite was slow but the fish were quality keepers. All
redfish were in the 18 inch range and the biggest fish of the day was
a 22 inch speckled seatrout that weighed in at almost 5lbs. We started
fishing at 1:30 and called it a day at 5 pm and headed back in. It was
cold and windy, but the fish still would take a live shrimp.

Capt.
Jeremy had a 4 person 6 hour charter today for Miss Judy. The bite didn't
start until about 3 hours into the tide. They caught quite a few short
trout, but still caught and kept enough legal size for a couple of meals.
Capt. Jeremy didn't take any pictures.

Capt.
Rick had a 3 person 4 hour charter today for Miss Judy, but I extended
it an hour to try to help these guys. I had a group whose offshore trip
got canceled. These guys had multiple issues inshore fishing. One continued
to turn the spinner upside down and unscrew the handle while the other
one crossed the other 2 every cast. Still wound up catching a few trout,
but it was a struggle. Also the guy that kept unscrewing the handle also
managed to unscrew the reel from the rod... Out of over 300 charters,
this one was tuff.
They
could have easily caught as many as the group I had on 11.24.09 had they
put some effort in the trip.

Capt.
Rick had a 2 person 5 hour charter today for Miss Judy. I had a father
and son who were very skilled and accurate with their casts. Water was
crystal clear and 62.3° and we had very gentle currents. We caught
a few at most all the drops we fished. The yellowtail and bait stealers
were not present today. We fished out in Salt Ponds today and they caught
about 45 speckled seatrout and kept 30. They also each caught a slot redfish
and 1 flounder. This was a great day of steady fishing. Air temp was in
the 50's and the sky was overcast. The barometer was steady today.

Capt.
Rick had a 2 person 4 hour charter on Thursday, 11.5.09. The catching
had turned off somewhat due to a high pressure system that moved in and
stayed all weekend. We caught a few trout but the bite was much slower
than last week. Water temp was in the upper 60's all weekend. Another
factor was extreme high tides and swift currents were in place all weekend.
Capt. Jeremy had a 4 person 4 hour trip from the Weston, so he fished
the Savannah River system with much of the same results on Friday 11.6.08.
Capt
Rick Fished a 5 hour 2 person charter on Saturday, departing at 6:30 am
and we were cold. Air temp warmed up, but the wind and currents were in
full force. We kept 3 trout and 1 bluefish, but they were hard to catch,
the bite was slow and the yellowtails were in full force on Saturday 11.7.08.
Capt
Jeremy Fished a 3 person 4 hour trip on Sunday, 11.8.09 and the catching
was slower than he liked, but better than the rest of the weekend. See
pictures below.

Capt.
Rick had a 3 person 6 hour charter today for Miss Judy, this was a last
minute trip. The water temp was 70° and the air temp was low 70's
with a strong Northeast wind. Capt. Rick was able to get someone to stay
with his wife who had some minor surgery on 10.29.09. The Trick was finding
clear water. Below is a few pictures of what we kept. We kept a 9lb black
drum and a 6 lb sheepshead, and a couple trout and a few redfish. A good
day considering the weather.

Capt.
Rick had a 3 person 6 hour charter today for Miss Judy. The water temp
was 70° and the air temp was low 80's with a strong Southwest wind.
However the water was clear in most spots. They kept a few for a meal
and released the rest. All were caught on live shrimp from Adams and the
Inticer popping cork from midcoast. Also just got the power pole installed.
This is a shallow water anchor. Can anchor in 7 feet or less with this
system. Also this is the first picture of the transformed boat with out
the ttop.

Capt.
Rick had a 3 person 6 hour charter today for Miss Judy. The water temp
was 72° and the air temp was in the low 60's. The water was Stained
to dirty due to high tides, fast currents and a stiff 15 knot wind out
of the Northwest. Had 3 anglers who had never fished with a float or a
cork. All fish were caught on live shrimp and the inticer float from Midcoast
Products, see a link under my sponsers.

Capt.
Jeremy had a 2 person fishing charter today for Miss Judy Charters. The
weather today was hot and overcast, but they still had a good day cathing
an assortment of fish, with the largest being a nice 4 foot bonnethead
shark.

Capt.
Rick had a 3 person 5 hour charter today for Miss Judy. The water temp
was 78° and the air temp was in the low 90's. The water was clear,
but we started at dead low tide and struggled to really get into a good
catching pattern. The 2 girls were 11 and 14 and did get tangled up alot.
This was partly due to the 15 knot winds. Final tally was 5 keeper trout
and 1 bluefish.

Capt.
Jeremy had a 3 person fishing charter today for Miss Judy Charters. The
weather today was not very good. It rained all day today but they still
did ok. They only kept 3 fish today, but released alot of black drum.
Here is something interesting found in one of the Redfish's stomach.

Capt.
Rick had a 4 person 8 hour charter today for Miss Judy. Today started
out almost identical to yesterday, however the anglers needed a lot of
help. Final tally of fish kept was 2 bonnethead sharks, 3 bluefish, 2
redfish and 18 speckled seatrout. One of my shimano spheros reels locked
up today, never had that happen before, I know the angler that it happened
to kept playing with the antireverse switch. Was greeted with a nice sunrise
on the Wilmington river this morning.

Capt.
Rick had a 3 person 8 hour charter today for Miss Judy. Today started
out with a bang. Fishing TTopless is working out real well. I had 3 guys
who were excellent anglers and that helped alot. We started the day out
in Salt Ponds right at tide change. The wind was light out of the south
but changed to north as the day progressed. Air temp warmed up to the
mid 80's and I think the water temp is mid 70's . I am waiting on having
my temp sensor replaced.
The
action started relatively quickly as we repositioned almost immediatly
with the aggressive tide. We are on the cusp of a full moon and the tides
and currents were higher and faster. All three guys, Joel, Dan, and Bruce
caught several trout. The final tally was 23 Keeper trout, 1 nice blue
fish and 4 keeper Redfish. We released a nice stingray and a small bonnethead
shark. This was a very good trip!
